It’s the little things…

I’m starting a new series called, “It’s the little things…”

This series will be about…wait for it… the little things, here in Japan, that either make the thought of leaving here and returning home unthinkable or make me wonder how I managed to stay here so long. I will endeavor to offer pictures, video or some sort of illustration in addition to my thoughts for each of the installments in this series. Though I’m doing this entirely for me, as part of a dialogue I’m currently having with myself, I hope you will enjoy reading them as much as I will producing them.

Stay tuned

Loco

ps: and please hold tight cuz I am still doing all this with 8 fingers

hidoi!

    Great sounds perfect!

    aloha,

    TLR

p.s. I have to say I am glad your blog is back on track from the MJ highjacking. Loved him the J5 but he was unfortunately a tortured youth who did not get the help he so desperately needed.

      Thanks TLR
But I think you’re a little early on the MJ highjacking…maybe
Allow me to rephrase just a little ne:
He was too busy helping out needy people and great causes the world over, he was too much of an altruist and philanthropist, and a humanist, to focus on something as little as himself. he gave the world the help it desperately needed…is it better to give than to receive? Apparently he felt so. Like the Vulcans say, “The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few, or the one.”
Does kind of sound like torture doesn’t it though? Of course, when your entire life is lived outloud, entertaining people totally in the public eye, then you are bound to have some difficulties coping privately…and he did, and that’s unfortunate.

      RIP MJ

Words to live by… by William Devaughn

Though you may not drive a great big Cadillac
Gangsta whitewalls
TV antennas in the back
You may not have a car at all
But remember brothers and sisters
You can still stand tall
Just be thankful for what you've got
Though you may not drive a great big Cadillac
Diamond in the back, sunroof top
Diggin' the scene
With a gangsta lean

Gangsta whitewalls
TV antennas in the back
You may not have a car at all
But remember brothers and sisters
You can still stand tall
Just be thankful for what you've got
